Because I am a sole proprieter and a stay at home mom, email is the best way to contact me.
I will respond to your email within 1 day. However, sometimes talking to someone in person is much easier, in this case please feel free to call me at 515-442-3230, leave a message and I will call you back asap!

Appointments can be scheduled after 5pm during the week and anytime on the weekends.
Scheduling 1-2 months in advanced may be necessary late April- early November.
